Mortgage Elimation

Definition of Mortgage Elimination:
technically, any legal way of satisfying a mortgage debt. In practice, there are hundreds of illegal schemes that use promises of mortgage elimination by various tricks or loopholes to defraud victims of money.

I am surprised that Google and other search engines don't do more to penalize or identify schemes like mortgage elimination.
Hopefully, if we write some good articles explaining why mortgage elimination doesn't work fewer people will get ripped off. The problem is I think some of their tricks work some of the time! Basically, they tell you to threaten a lawsuit against your mortgage lender to try to get them to forgive your legitimate debt. An example is threatening to sue them for not disclosing how much money they are making from you or some privacy issue.
I'd like to see some good articles about this but I can't find any. Most of the information I've seen about mortgage elimination schemes are at government web sites.
